In case anyone is still out there........yes I realize it has been almost two months since an update. I have definitely been keeping summer hours.
Anyway, a few pictures from the spec house. The Laundry Room was just completed yesterday. And we are almost done now with the rest of the house. We just need to solve a few electric issues(change out plugs, replace a few lights), etc., then have the carpeting installed!
The Laundry Room "Before" with its concrete floors, unfinished walls, and ugly exposed pipes and wires everywhere.
The Laundry Room "After" is much more serene, and a much more appealing place to do laundry. New tile floors, drywall, paint, and a few accessories complete the renovation.
